The love of cooking and dining comes from my childhood, I grew up in a Moroccan home where the love is expressed through food, I glanced at the pots Grandma cooked, collected recipes, started cooking and became a profession.

Of all my many pursuits, the most satisfaction I get from watching people eat what I cooked for them with great love.
